BeforeBuilding offers the following benefits to registered companies (Service Providers):

If you represent a legal entity and your company operates in at least one of the fields listed on the BeforeBuilding platform (see services), the app works as follows:

• Register as a user, create a company profile, confirm your subscription
• Browse inquiries, mark those of interest (you’ll see all requests submitted by Clients and get notified of new ones)
• If both parties are interested, you’ll be able to submit a quote for the selected job
• Clarify project details as needed (communication takes place via private channels)
• Send your quote directly to the Client (via your company’s email)
• Gain access to numerous new clients and cooperation opportunities

If you are not yet a BeforeBuilding user and haven't created a company profile:

• Go to the platform's homepage
• Click the button ‘Are you a business owner?’
• The registration form ‘Create a company profile’ will appear
• Enter the required information
• Review the terms of use and check the box above the register button
• Click ‘Register now’
• You are now registered
• From your user account, select ‘My Service Provider Profile’ and start building your profile

If you are already a BeforeBuilding user and want to log in (as a Service Provider):

• Go to the platform homepage
• Click ‘Log in’
• Enter your email address and click ‘Log in’
• You will receive a confirmation email (no need to open or click it)
• The platform will display a one-time password—click ‘Confirm’
• You are now logged in

No! Only legal entities can register as Service Providers.

When creating your company profile, follow these steps:

• Upload a profile picture—you can use your company logo or a relevant photo that represents your field or showcases your work
• Select the field you operate in and choose the services your company offers
• Write a free-form introduction about your company
• If you have a company presentation video, upload the link
• Register Trust Badges—add relevant details (specialty or ID number) for each badge. They will be visible in your profile
• Enter your company's contact details and upload links to your social media profiles
• Finally, upload completed projects or a portfolio—you can add descriptions and photos for each project, and each will be shown in a separate folder on your profile
• Add as much information as possible to increase the visibility and discoverability of your profile

Specialists on the platform possess professional qualifications and other documents proving their expertise and experience, which are displayed in a unique format under Trust Badges in each company profile. Service Providers can display the following Trust Badges:

• Professional certificate
• Operating license
• Certificate
• Competency certificate
• Membership in a professional association or other organizations

Trust Badges are displayed in the profile as icons (with additional information shown as text or document numbers). These badges give Clients greater confidence in choosing a provider and allow professionals to showcase their expertise and experience in a new format. Adding Trust Badges is optional. Every registered company can add them during profile creation (or later if preferred). The platform verifies the background of registered badges and may request further details if needed. Expiring badges are checked regularly.

The demo version allows Service Providers to try out the BeforeBuilding platform before subscribing to a paid plan. You can register a free company profile and view inquiries submitted by Clients, as well as explore the platform’s features and layout. However, to express interest in a project (i.e., select an inquiry) and submit quotes, you must confirm a subscription based on your chosen plan.

No! There are no commission fees for completed projects. The full version of the platform has a fixed subscription price (monthly / quarterly / yearly) that does not depend on the number or value of completed projects.

You don’t need to create or remember a password to log in. The platform generates a new one-time password each time you log in. You only need your email address. Click ‘Log in’, enter the email address you used during registration, and click ‘Log in’. The platform will send a link to your email and simultaneously display a ‘Confirm’ button. Click ‘Confirm’ and you’re logged in.
